At Rubber Mulch, we stand behind the quality of our sustainable landscaping products and offer a 30-day return window for unused, palletized materials. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you navigate the return or exchange process efficiently.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

• 2.
  Prepare the Material

  Ensure the rubber mulch is in its original packaging, secured on the delivery pallets, and wrapped tightly to prevent shifting during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule the Pickup

  Once your RMA is approved, we will coordinate with a freight carrier to pick up the palletized mulch from your curbside or loading dock.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspections confirm the material is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
